Abstract
This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of contextual learning in understanding the rights and responsibilities of fourth-grade elementary school students. Contextual learning is an approach that connects the subject matter with real-life situations and experiences encountered by students, thereby enhancing their comprehension of the concepts being taught. By engaging students in activities relevant to their daily lives, this research seeks to demonstrate that contextual learning not only makes the material more engaging but also helps students internalize knowledge about their rights and responsibilities as individuals in society. Through this method, it is expected that students will actively participate in the learning process and be able to apply the knowledge gained in real-life contexts.
