Abstract

The understanding of fifth grade students of SDN 101766 Bandar Setia on the Civic Education material on the Territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) still needs to be improved, due to the lack of student involvement in learning activities. The purpose of this study was to improve students' understanding by using the Scramble method on the material on the Territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used is the Classroom Action Research method using four stages, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of the study were 30 students (10 female students and 20 male students) which was carried out in February-April 2025. The results of this study are that the use of the scramble method can improve the involvement and understanding of fifth grade students of SDN 101766 Bandar Setia on the Civic Education subject on the Territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
