LEVEL OF PUBLIC SATISFACTION IN POPULATION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES IN TAMBAK WEDI SUB-DISTRICT, KENJERAN SUB-DISTRICT, SURABAYA CITY

Abstract
The government as a provider of public services needed by the community must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best service for the sake of improving public services. On the other hand, community satisfaction is a measure of the success of public services provided by public service providers.
The research objective was to measure the level of community satisfaction in population administration services in Tambak Wedi Village, Kenjeran District, Surabaya City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The source of the data in this study was taken from the Tambak Wedi Village documentation on the Surabaya City government's public service evaluation web. The data collection technique used was in the form of analysis of community satisfaction survey data which refers to the Tambak Wedi community satisfaction index for the period April-November 2022. The data analysis carried out was processing questionnaire data, testing data quality, compiling IKM report results, and making conclusions based on research results obtained. This refers to the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform No. 25 of 2004 concerning General Guidelines for Compiling the Community Satisfaction Index for Government Agency Service Units. Tambak Wedi in the Very Good category. With a total conversion IKM of 84,90. The assessment of all visitor respondents to Tambak Wedi Village who took care of population was in accordance with what they felt about the service they received when managing their population administration in Tambak Wedi Village. The results of the community assessment can be used as a reference for improving services in th Tambak Wedi Village so that in the future the level of services quality will be better.
