PENGARUH KEAKTIFAN BERORGANISASI TERHADAP PRESTASI AKADEMIK MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS SAINS AL-QUR’AN JAWA TENGAH DI WONOSOBO

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of students who are members of organizations, the academic achievements of students who participate in organizations, and the influence of activeness in organizations on the academic achievement of students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training in semesters 2–6. Subjects are active students of FITK UNSIQ who are members of HMP, DPM and BEM FITK. Each student participates in at least one type of organization. This type of research uses the quantitative descriptive method. The sampling process was carried out randomly, or "random sampling." The data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms or directly to 32 FITK UNSIQ students. Data analysis techniques used included instrument reliability and validity tests, prerequisite analysis tests, simple linear regression tests, and T-tests. The results obtained were 16 valid questions and 4 invalid questions based on Cronbach's alpha > 0.50. The data were analyzed by a simple linear regression test. The results show that the level of effectiveness of students who are members of the organization is influenced by two dimensions, which are the organizational culture of HMP and BEM FITK. Academic achievement is manifested in a GPA with an average Cumlaude, and student activity has a positive and significant influence of 3.3% on academic achievement.
