HUBUNGAN KEBAHAGIAAN DAN PRODUKTIVITAS DI ERA POST MODERN

Abstract
The concept of Eudaimonia (happiness), humans are always looking for happiness was first introduced by Aristotle. There is an assumption that happiness will increase productivity, but several studies report that productivity increases happiness. This study aims to review and understand the development of research on the relationship between happiness and productivity from the last 8 years from various studies from various fields of science. This research is a literature study through 12 journals discussed and discussed in the research. The research sample uses 12 articles available in journals. The research data was collected using a Google Scholar search with the keywords "happiness and productivity". The findings in this study reveal that there have been several variables and themes in the last 10 years that have been associated with happiness and productivity, namely paternalistic culture, variety of activities, gender, workplace, work engagement and performance, satisfaction, and mindfulness.
