Abstract
Islamic education has an important role in shaping the character and psychological well-being of students. This study aims to explore teaching strategies in Islamic education that can support students' mental health. Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes the teaching practices implemented in Islamic schools and how these practices affect the psychological well-being of students. The research method used is library research. Data are collected through observation and documentation studies. The findings suggest that approaches that emphasize Islamic values such as patience, empathy, and mutual respect can strengthen students' mental health. In addition, the integration of activities that build coping and stress management skills in the curriculum has also proven effective. The research provides recommendations for the development of more holistic teaching strategies, which focus not only on academic achievement but also on students' emotional and psychological well-being.
