Main Article Content
Abstract
In order to tackle the difficulties presented by the ever-changing and uncertain (VUCA) characteristics of the contemporary world, it is crucial to acknowledge the significance of intelligent autonomous social networks (ASNs) and efficient governance. This necessitates a change in the cultivation of skills, namely a shift from traditional to digital methods, from teaching to self-directed learning, and from instruction to acquiring knowledge. Hence, a substantial overhaul is required in the realm of Leadership Training. These adjustments involve integrating training programs that concentrate on pedagogical methods, competency goals, and training materials. A study was done to investigate the necessary skills and suitable training methods to deal with the intricacies related to environmental change using data and information mining techniques.
