Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the cause of the resignation of the Medan Putri Private High School was due to the joining of PTP IX and PTP II so that it changed its name to PTPN II, the eviction of the Bata Military Police Dormitory, in 2010 Medan Putri, the eviction of housing by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), this eviction also caused the number of students attending the Medan Putri Private High School to continue to decline.
