PEMAHAMAN TENTANG VAKSIN TERHADAP PERILAKU DAN SIKAP MASYARAKAT PADA MASA NEW NORMAL DI DESA SUKA RAYA

Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has hit almost all over the world, has claimed millions of human lives and has changed the entire order of life in Indonesia, from socio-cultural, economic to the world of education. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between public understanding of the Covid-19 vaccine on people's behavior to be vaccinated and people's attitudes during the new normal period. This study uses quantitative research methods by analyzing the relationship between understanding of the Covid-19 vaccine on people's behavior to be vaccinated and attitudes towards the new normal. The research population is the people of Suka Raya Village, Pancur Batu District. The sample in this research were 150 people. The results of statistical tests with Kendall's rank, the relationship between understanding of vaccines and people's behavior to be vaccinated, showed a correlation coefficient of 0.086, and the results of statistical tests with Kendall's rank, the relationship between understanding of vaccines and attitudes in the new normal period showed a correlation coefficient of 0.052. Conclusion, there is no relationship between understanding about vaccines and people's behavior to be vaccinated and there is no relationship between the level of understanding about vaccines and attitudes towards the new normal.
