JP2BS is the official publication of the Institute for Research and Scientific Publication (LPPI). The journal accepts manuscripts from academics and experts worldwide specializing in fields related to linguistics, literature, and language and literature education. Manuscripts may be submitted from anywhere in the world; therefore, authors are expected to provide sufficient context to ensure that all readers can understand the contributions presented.

Manuscript types
Manuscript types eligible for consideration include:
1) Original research,
2) Review papers, including meta-analyses and systematic reviews.
Manuscript submission
All manuscripts must be submitted online via https://jurnal-lp2m.umnaw.ac.id/index.php/JP2BS (Authors may submit manuscripts directly to the journal through the online submission system).

To submit a manuscript, you must have a user account and be registered as an Author. A user account can be created by the Journal Manager, or you may register yourself (the journal's policy allows you to create your own user account as a Reader, Author, and/or Reviewer). All fields marked with an asterisk (Username; Password; Repeat Password; First Name; Last Name; Email) are mandatory. Your username and email address must be unique; furthermore, while you may change your email address later, you cannot change your username. If you wish to register for another role within the same journal (for example, if you are already registered as a Reader but also wish to become an Author), you can log in, go to the "Edit My Profile" menu (under the "My Account" section on the User Home page), and check the box next to the available role at the bottom of the page. Once you have an account, log in to the journal's website and select the role of Author.

Authors are required to upload their manuscript file and provide metadata or indexing information. (Metadata enhances the discoverability of the research online and benefits the journal.) Authors may also upload Supplementary Files—such as datasets, research instruments, or source texts—which enrich the material and contribute to more open and robust forms of research and scholarship. Authors can track the status of their submitted manuscript throughout the review and editing process by logging in to the journal's website.
