Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 Terhadap Pengendalian Kualitas Pada PT ABC

Abstract

In addition to conducting quality control, companies must also continue to uphold certain quality standards. Many people, especially those engaged in business or entrepreneurship, now consider the Organization For Standardization or ISO as the world standard needed. Although ISO 9001:2015 has been implemented comprehensively, the implementation of the overall quality management system is still not perfect. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine whether the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system will have an impact on PT ABC's quality control. This study uses SPSS25 as a test tool for calculating multiple linear regression analysis. By using a survey approach, this study is included in the quantitative research category. A total of 38 respondents were given questionnaires. The results of the study based on multiple linear regression tests, simultaneously the variables Organizational Context (X1), Leadership (X2), Planning (X3), Support (X4), Operations (X5), Performance Evaluation (X6), and Improvement (X7) have a good and substantial influence on PT ABC's quality control. Meanwhile, PT ABC's quality control is largely unaffected by Organizational Context, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operations and Improvement, but is positively and significantly influenced by Performance Evaluation.
