Abstract

Finding and evaluating the impact of compensation, work environment, work stress and late working hours on employee performance at Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat is the purpose of this study. The type of research is quantitative. This research is quantitative and was conducted at Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat. The population in this study were employees of Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat, which were 64 employees. The sample in this study was taken using the saturated sampling technique, namely if the population is less than 100, after that, the entire population is sampled. A total of 64 employees were used as the sample size of the study in this case. This study used a Likert scale survey, documentation, and observation as data collection methods. The classical assumption test, including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and data normality tests, were used in this study. The coefficient of determination, partial (t), and simultaneous (F) tests were used to assess multiple linear regression analysis. The partial findings indicate that compensation significantly and positively affects employee performance, according to the study's findings. Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment. Workplace stress significantly and positively affects employee performance. Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by lateness. At Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat, compensation, work environment, stress, and tardiness all affect employee performance at the same time
