Abstract
Islamic teachings include two main dimensions, namely the vertical dimension and the horizontal dimension. The highest quality of vertical obedience is piety, while the highest quality of horizontal obedience is fairness. The concept of sharia taken from the law of the Quran as the basis for managing management elements in order to achieve the intended target. Management is a process of working with and through others to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently using limited resources in a changing environment. Sharia management is behavior related to the values of faith and monotheism.
Sahabat Yatim Indonesia Foundation is an institution that is managed based on sharia principles, or in other words, the management of the Sahabat Yatim Indonesia Foundation must be based on the values and principles and concepts of sharia.
This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the author wants to know the implementation of sharia management at the Sahabat Yatim Indonesia Foundation Medan Branch in carrying out its operations in realizing the future of orphans and poor people to become civilized human beings
