Indonesian Journal of ELT and Applied Linguistics levies publication charges as follows:

Article Submission: 0 (IDR)

Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process.

Article Publication Charge (APC): IDR 400,000

Upon notification of manuscript acceptance for publication, the author(s) will be requested to remit the APC to cover publication costs. A Letter of Acceptance (LOA) containing comprehensive payment information will subsequently be issued to the author(s).

Indonesian Journal of ELT and Applied Linguistics offers an optional expedited publication service to assist authors requiring urgent publication without compromising quality. This special track is considered an optimal means of disseminating selected articles to the public.

Manuscript Withdrawal

Authors are not permitted to withdraw submitted manuscripts. Such withdrawals represent a significant waste of valuable resources, as editors and reviewers dedicate considerable time to processing submitted manuscripts, in addition to the work invested by the publisher. This is particularly pertinent in cases where unethical reasons for withdrawal exist, such as concurrent submission to other journals.
