Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Dengan Media Puzzle Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Tema Benda Di Sekitarku Di Kelas III SD Abdi Sukma Kota Medan
Abstract
The problem in this study is that the level of students' ability to ask questions is good, the teacher is able to provide motivation for students to take part in the learning process, many students have test scores above the average Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) set by the school, the achievement of completeness has fulfilled 59 .09% (13 students) and and 40.91% (9 students) have not achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The type of research that researchers took was Classroom Action Research (CAR). Classroom action research is research that is oriented to the application of a group of subjects under study and observes the level of success or consequences of their actions to then be given follow-up actions that are improvement of actions or adjustments to conditions and situations so that better results are obtained. This classroom action research consists of four stages of research: planning, action, observation and reflection which are carried out continuously. The results showed that the problem-based learning model in class III SD Abdi Sukma Medan city based on the post-test scores carried out in cycle I achieved the percentage of class completeness of 60.87% while in cycle II the percentage of class completeness achieved was 69, 57% so that it can be explained that there was an increase of 26.09%. This shows that the application of problem based learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes.
