Islamic Business Management Studies is an academic journal focusing on the development and application of Islamic principles in business management and economics. The journal aims to be a leading platform for scholarly discourse and research on the integration of Shariah-compliant practices in various disciplines of business, economics, and management.

Scope:

  1. Islamic Economics: Studies on the theory and application of economics based on Shariah principles, including economic policy analysis, Islamic economic development, and the role of the state in the Islamic economy.
  2. Islamic Finance and Banking: Research on the principles, models, and operations of Islamic financial institutions, including risk management, Shariah-compliant investment strategies, financing, and the development of Islamic banking products.
  3. Takaful (Islamic Insurance): Studies on the concepts, practices, and challenges within the Islamic insurance industry, including the development of Takaful products and risk management in Shariah-compliant insurance.
  4. Islamic Capital Markets: Analysis of the development and dynamics of Islamic capital markets, including Shariah-compliant financial instruments, sukuk, Islamic stocks, and corporate governance in Shariah-compliant markets.
  5. Islamic Business Ethics: Exploration of ethical standards in Islamic business practices, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and the role of ethics in decision-making and leadership within Islamic organizations.
  6. Halal Industry Management: Research on the management of Halal-certified businesses, supply chain management, and the global Halal industry, including food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics sectors.
  7. Islamic Marketing: Examination of marketing strategies aligned with Islamic values, consumer behavior in Muslim markets, and the development of Shariah-compliant advertising and branding practices.
  8. Islamic Entrepreneurship: Analysis of entrepreneurship within the context of Islamic principles, including the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), innovation, and startup ecosystems in Muslim-majority countries.
  9. Human Resource Management in Islamic Organizations: Studies on talent management, leadership, organizational behavior, and workplace dynamics within organizations operating based on Islamic values and principles.
  10. Corporate Governance in Islamic Business: Research on governance models that adhere to Islamic principles, including board structures, accountability, and transparency in Islamic corporations.

Focus:

The journal emphasizes original research, case studies, and theoretical papers that contribute to the understanding and advancement of Islamic business and economics management.
