Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, career development and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri Rantauprapat Ahmad Yani Branch. This kind of quantitative study is being conducted at PT Bank Mandiri Rantauprapat Ahmad Yani Branch. Employees of PT Bank Mandiri Rantauprapat Ahmad Yani Branch are the research population, which is 42 people. The sample size in this study uses the saturated sample technique, so that the entire population can be used as a sample, which is 42 employees of PT Bank Mandiri Rantauprapat Ahmad Yani Branch. This study uses observation, documentation, and Likert scale questionnaires as data collection methods. This study uses classical assumption tests such as multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and data normality tests. The coefficient of determination test, partial test (t), and simultaneous analysis (F) are used to test multiple linear regression. The results of this study state that compensation partially has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Competence partially has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Career Development partially has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation partially has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Compensation, competence, career development and work motivation simultaneously influence the performance of employees of PT Bank Mandiri Rantauprapat Ahmad Yani Branch.
