Analisis Metode Bercerita Pada Tema 7 Terhadap Keterampilan Berbicara Siswa Kelas III SD Negeri 064961 Medan Maimun

Abstract

Education is very important for every human being, which is realized in an effort and arranged in a planned way to be able to direct every human being in a better direction. According to Tarigan (2013:1) language skills have four aspects, namely (1) listening skills, (2) writing skills, (3) reading skills, and (4) speaking skills. The type of research used is qualitative. This method is to support telling stories to children on theme 7 regarding speaking skills in class III SDN. Where the researcher is the key instrument for inductive data analysis. This research uses qualitative methods by analyzing data in the form of descriptive analysis. The data obtained by this research is data in the form of descriptions, research data based on a series of research processes sourced from informants or respondents regarding the speaking skills of class III students, based on the research results listed in the percentage table above, aspects of pronunciation in the speaking skills of class III students overall the percentage was 76%. Based on the data and discussion of the results of the analysis, the speaking skills in the storytelling method of class III students at SD Negeri 064961 in thematic learning obtained a percentage of 74% and were included in the good category. The results of data analysis on students' speaking skills show that the pronunciation aspect which includes the ability to pronounce consonants and vowels correctly, speech and accent in speaking obtained a percentage of 73%, the paralanguage aspect which includes tone, level of pauses, speed and fluency in speaking obtained a percentage of 74%.
