In this context, the term "bank" refers to a financial institution that serves as a bridge in financial transactions between parties with surplus funds and those in need of funds. This study aims to investigate the impact of Customer Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia, specifically in the Polewali Mandar Branch. The method used in this study involves data analysis using IBM SPSS version 29., with a significance value of 0.074, which is higher than the threshold of 0.01.. Additionally, the calculated t shows that only 6.5% of the variation in Customer Satisfaction is explained by the Service Quality variable. Although Service Quality has an influence, the questionnaire results indicate that various other factors also affect Customer Satisfaction, requiring further research to understand this dynamic more deeply. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan manajer bank, analisis portofolio produk, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank syariah menerapkan dua pendekatan utama: inovasi dalam desain produk berbasis prinsip bagi hasil serta edukasi nasabah untuk meningkatkan literasi investasi. Optimalisasi keuntungan dicapai melalui diversifikasi instrumen seperti sukuk, deposito mudharabah, dan reksa dana syariah yang didukung praktik manajemen risiko yang transparan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan strategi tergantung pada keselarasan antara inovasi, kepatuhan syariah, kebutuhan pasar, dan transformasi digital. Global competition, cross-border workforce mobility, and technological advancements require organizations to have adaptive, strategic, and human capital-focused human resources management (HRM) strategies. This study aims to analyze human resources management (HRM) strategies in facing the challenges of the globalization era in Indonesia through a literature review approach. This study uses a qualitative method with a structured literature review approach to scientific journals and academic books relevant to human resources management (HRM), globalization, and organizational competitiveness. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify key patterns, trends, and practices of human resources management (HRM) that are developing in the Indonesian context. The results of the study indicate that globalization is driving a shift in human resources management (HRM)</em> <em>from an administrative function to a strategic function that plays a role in creating competitive advantage. One of the promising sectors in coastal areas is aquaculture, particularly shrimp farming, which serves as the main livelihood for the community of Pasar rawa Village, Gebang District, Langkat Regency. Although shrimp farming has developed and possesses high economic value, the welfare of shrimp farmers remains fluctuating due to instability in productivity and shrimp prices. Productivity is influenced by traditional farming methods, limited technology, environmental factors, and shrimp diseases. Meanwhile, shrimp prices at the farmer level tend to fluctuate and are affected by market demand, peak harvest periods, and dependence on middlemen, resulting in weak bargaining power for farmers. These conditions directly impact farmers’ income and their ability to meet basic needs, education, and family health. From the perspective of Islamic economics, welfare (falāḥ) is not solely measured by material aspects but also encompasses justice, blessings, and business sustainability. Islam encourages its followers to work diligently and honestly, as emphasized in QS. At-Taubah verse 105. True welfare must be achieved through lawful, productive, and equitable economic activities.</em> <em>This study employs a quantitative associative method with a sample of 20 shrimp farmers to analyze the effect of productivity and shrimp prices on farmers’ welfare. The results indicate that productivity has a positive and significant effect on farmers’ welfare (t-value = 4.106), while shrimp prices have a very strong and significant effect on farmers’ welfare (t-value = 40.907). The rapid development of Islamic economics globally has resulted in the increasing number of academic publications written in English. Consequently, students of Sharia Economics are required to possess adequate English reading skills to access and comprehend international references. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of Sharia Economics students who had completed English courses, with samples selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a reading comprehension test and a questionnaire measuring students’ understanding of international Islamic economics literature. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that English reading skills have a positive and significant role in students’ understanding of international Islamic economics literature. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat dalam menarik nasabah Generasi Milenial dan Generasi Z, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi <em>digital marketing</em> tersebut dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah dari kalangan generasi muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (<em>field research</em>). Subjek penelitian meliputi manajemen dan staf bagian <em>digital marketing</em> PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat serta nasabah Generasi Milenial dan Generasi Z yang menggunakan layanan digital BSI. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara terbuka, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi <em>digital marketing</em> PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat diimplementasikan secara terencana dan terintegrasi melalui pemanfaatan berbagai platform digital, seperti Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, website resmi, serta aplikasi BSI Mobile sebagai sarana promosi, edukasi keuangan syariah, dan komunikasi dua arah dengan nasabah. Konten digital disajikan secara informatif, interaktif, dan relevan dengan karakteristik Generasi Milenial dan Gen Z, serta diperkuat dengan pendekatan personal oleh staf marketing dalam menindaklanjuti prospek digital. Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi strategi <em>digital marketing</em> meliputi citra BSI sebagai bank syariah nasional yang terpercaya, dukungan infrastruktur digital dari kantor pusat, ketersediaan produk dan layanan digital yang sesuai kebutuhan generasi muda, serta sumber daya manusia yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Adapun faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan anggaran pemasaran digital di tingkat KCP, rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah masyarakat, persaingan yang ketat dengan bank konvensional dan bank digital, serta kendala teknis dan perubahan algoritma media sosial.
