On the one hand, peer to peer lending provides financing options that are more easily accessible to MSMEs who often have difficulty in obtaining formal loans. However, without adequate financial literacy, MSME actors are at risk of mismanaging loans, such as choosing products with high interest rates or being unable to prepare a good payment plan. This can lead to financial problems such as bad debts or liquidity crises that hinder business growth. This study focuses on the analysis of the influence of peer to peer lending and financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Semarang City. The quantitative method with an explanatory research approach was chosen to describe the relationship between the variables studied precisely. The population in this study consisted of culinary MSMEs in Semarang City with a total of 3,291 with a sample of 100 MSMEs with the criteria of having been in business for more than 3 years with a minimum of 2 employees. Although ISO 9001:2015 has been implemented comprehensively, the implementation of the overall quality management system is still not perfect. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine whether the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system will have an impact on PT ABC's quality control. This study uses SPSS25 as a test tool for calculating multiple linear regression analysis. By using a survey approach, this study is included in the quantitative research category. A total of 38 respondents were given questionnaires. The results of the study based on multiple linear regression tests, simultaneously the variables Organizational Context (X1), Leadership (X2), Planning (X3), Support (X4), Operations (X5), Performance Evaluation (X6), and Improvement (X7) have a good and substantial influence on PT ABC's quality control. GoFood, as one of the leading services within the Gojek ecosystem, provides opportunities for culinary MSMEs to expand their market reach. However, intense business competition and the lack of promotional feature utilization remain challenges for many businesses, including Warung Giri Jogja. This study aims to analyze Warung Giri Jogja’s competitiveness on GoFood using a SWOT approach. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through observation and interviews with the business owner. The findings indicate that Warung Giri Jogja’s main strengths lie in its competitive pricing and consistent food quality, while its weakness is the lack of understanding of digital marketing strategies. Opportunities include the growing food delivery market and promotional support from GoFood, whereas threats come from competition with larger and more established eateries. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of WFC on the performance of working women through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using the PRISMA guidelines. The results of the study indicate that WFC has an impact on two main domains, namely work-related impacts (job satisfaction, job stress, fatigue, turnover intention, career adaptation, work innovation, and performance), and non-work-related impacts (psychological well-being, depression, mental disorders, family involvement, parenting self-efficacy, and family harmony)</em> <em>The basis of this classification refers to the theories of Work–Family Enrichment and Conflict by Greenhaus, Beutell, and Powell, which state that conflict can disrupt individual performance, both in work-related areas and in areas unrelated to work (work-related and non-work-related impacts). These findings emphasize the importance of organizational policies and family support in helping working women manage their dual roles. The dependent variable (Y) is consumer decisions, whereas the independent variables (X) are product (X1), promotion (X2), and process (X3). Transformational leadership was found to be an effective leadership style in increasing employee motivation, creativity, and performance through idealised influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention. And compensation as a support was considered a very appropriate variable in improving employee performance. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a saturated population approach, involving all employees as respondents, namely 30 people. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analysed using SPSS version 23 software for validity test and reliability test. After the data can be tested, hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple liner regression techniques with the help of SPSS 23 data processing applications. From the research, it was found that transformational leadership and compensation had an influence of 99.1% on employee performance at PT Pegasus Reka Industri. This research supports its findings with a significance value of 0.00 which is lower than 0.05, and the t test shows that the tcount value of 6.635 transformational leadership variables and 19.882 compensation variables are greater than the t table 2.048. This study describes the training process, development, and results achieved in an effort to improve the congregation's economic welfare through the mosque's drinking water business. Data shows a significant increase in network development and financial management from 2021 to 2024. This program is a model for sustainable mosque-based economic empowerment, with a total balance reaching IDR 20,136,887 during that period. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method on 36 MSMEs in Medan Amplas District. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS software version 30. The results of the study showed that all independent variables, namely business capital, business location, selling price, and labor, had a significant influence on MSME income. Business location contributed the most at 73,54%, followed by labor at 11,71%, business capital at 7,90%, and selling price at 0,15%. The type of research is quantitative. This research is quantitative and was conducted at Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat. The population in this study were employees of Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat, which were 64 employees. The sample in this study was taken using the saturated sampling technique, namely if the population is less than 100, after that, the entire population is sampled. A total of 64 employees were used as the sample size of the study in this case. This study used a Likert scale survey, documentation, and observation as data collection methods. The classical assumption test, including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and data normality tests, were used in this study. The coefficient of determination, partial (t), and simultaneous (F) tests were used to assess multiple linear regression analysis. The partial findings indicate that compensation significantly and positively affects employee performance, according to the study's findings. Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment. Workplace stress significantly and positively affects employee performance. As digital transformation accelerates, businesses must adapt their marketing strategies to meet changing consumer behaviors. This review analyzes selected journal articles published between 2020 and 2024 to identify trends, key findings, and insights regarding digital marketing's role in fostering customer loyalty. The results indicate that digital marketing tools—such as social media, email campaigns, digital content, and online platforms—positively impact customer loyalty by enhancing customer engagement, personalization, convenience, and brand interaction. Moreover, trust and customer satisfaction emerge as mediating variables in building long-term loyalty in the digital environment. This study provides valuable insights for practitioners to design more effective digital marketing strategies and highlights the importance of aligning digital initiatives with customer expectations. They seek fitness centers that are easily accessible, offer excellent service, and are reasonably priced.&nbsp;This study aims to determine the extent to which service quality, price, and location influence customer satisfaction at Flash Fitness Gym Surabaya. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, employing inferential analysis through the measurement model (outer model) and structural model (inner model). The population in this study consists of active members of Flash Fitness Gym at Cito Mall Surabaya who have been active within the last three months. A total of 100 respondents were selected as the sample.&nbsp;Data was collected using a structured questionnaire designed to measure customer perceptions of the three main variables. The results of this study are expected to provide Flash Fitness Gym at Cito Mall Surabaya with a clearer understanding of whether service quality, price, and location significantly impact customer satisfaction.
