Affection Group https://jurnal-lp2m.umnaw.ac.id/index.php/jimk/article/view/6185 <p><em>Digital technology development encourages businesses to utilize social media as an effective promotional tool, including through video-based content. This research aims to analyze digital promotion strategies through video. editing using the CapCut application at CV. Affection Group, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and determine the influence of video editing quality on improving digital promotion effectiveness. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that CapCut plays an important role in producing promotional video content for Instagram and TikTok due to its complete features and ease of use. Documentation insights indicate that one Instagram Reel achieved 370,000 views and 3,200 likes, while a TikTok video received 11.6K views and 1,002 likes, proving that video quality significantly affects audience engagement and promotional reach. Supporting factors include adequate editing features and the growing need for visual content, while the main challenges are teamwork collaboration and limited access to CapCut Pro. Overall, video-based digital promotion strategies are proven effective in increasing visibility and building client trust in CV. Therefore, improving employee performance through planned, directed, and sustainable HRM management is crucial for a company to survive and thrive amidst increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of three aspects: communication, incentives, and career development on employee performance at PT Bersama Era Sentosa Tama. The approach used in this study is quantitative, with a survey method using questionnaires administered to all 200 employees. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results show that communication has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, while incentives and career development have a positive and significant effect. The adjusted R Square value of 27.8% indicates that the three independent variables together are able to explain variations in employee performance, while the remainder is influenced by other factors not included in this research model. The main objectives of the study include: (1) understanding the role of technological innovation in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in local and international markets, (2) analyzing the types of significant technological innovations, and (3) determining the influence of innovation on operational efficiency, product quality, and customer service. The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, involving interviews with five MSME owners. The results show that technological innovations, such as digital applications (e.g., si KEdan) and social media, have a positive impact on the competitiveness of MSMEs, particularly in the culture-based creative economy sector. The use of printing methods in fashion production also contributes. However, challenges such as legality and operational standards have not been overcome. Government support, including training and technical assistance, is crucial to facilitate the implementation of digital technology so that MSMEs in Medan City can develop better. This study aims to analyze the impact of AI on improving operational efficiency in Indonesian banking institutions. A literature review approach was used by examining national and international research related to AI applications in banking operations. The findings show that technologies such as chatbots, machine learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) enhance employee productivity, strengthen internal audit functions, and lower BOPO ratios. AI also contributes to cost reduction and real-time risk control. However, challenges remain in terms of investment costs, human resource readiness, and data security. AI integration has strong potential to increase banking operational efficiency and competitiveness. The increasing demand for printing, photocopying, merchandise, and other products and services has forced companies to adjust prices, processes, and locations to meet customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the independent variables (X) on price, process, and location, and the dependent variable (Y) on customer satisfaction. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the multiple correlation (R) test indicate that each increase in the independent variable will increase the dependent variable. The results of the multiple coefficient of determination test indicate that the independent variables collectively influence the dependent variable, while the remaining variables are influenced by other variables. The partial coefficient test reveals the most dominant independent variable. The quantitative research method tests the theory of variable measurement using numbers and statistical data analysis using SPSS software. The target output is published in the Journal Online System. The population used F&amp;B compainies listed on the IDX 2020-2023. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The samples used were 8 F&amp;B compainies listed on the DX. The data analysis technique useds multiple linear analysis with the SPSS 21 tool. The results obtained from the t test (partial) show that Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on Stock Price, Return On Equity (ROE) has a siginificant effect on Stock Price, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has no siginificant effect on Stock Price. This conceptual study aims to outline the role of information technology adoption, government support, and digital training in driving MSME digital transformation. This study employs a literature review approach combined with primary data collection, reviewing various academic sources, policy reports, relevant previous research findings, and conducting field research with local MSMEs. Through descriptive-analytical analysis, the study identifies that technology adoption can accelerate business efficiency and innovation, government support serves as a catalyst through regulations, incentives, and infrastructure, while digital training contributes to increasing human resource capacity. These three factors complement each other and have the potential to strengthen MSME competitiveness both locally and globally. This study emphasizes that digital transformation is not only a requirement but also a crucial strategy for the sustainability of MSMEs in Timor-Leste. However, MSMEs have proven to be able to survive and become the backbone of the economy, including the culinary sector such as Ms. Linda's Nasi Goreng business. This business started with limited capital, but thanks to commitment and innovation, it was able to grow significantly. This research uses a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with Ms. Linda as the business owner to obtain direct information related to marketing strategies, financial management, challenges, and efforts made in facing the crisis. Based on the interview results, the main factors for the success of this business are strategic location, consistent product quality, and word of mouth. Despite not utilizing digital platforms and not yet having halal certification, the business is still showing positive growth. The challenges faced early on, including the impact of the monetary crisis, were overcome with perseverance and simple yet effective strategies. The story of Ms. Linda's Nasi Goreng reflects the huge potential of MSMEs in driving local economic growth and the importance of continued support and development for small businesses. For Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Timor Leste, the implementation of digital marketing presents a strategic opportunity to increase competitiveness, particularly in building awareness, driving purchase intention, and strengthening consumer retention. This article aims to examine the role of digital marketing optimization in influencing MSME consumer behavior through a review of current literature, relevant theoretical approaches, and primary data collection from MSMEs in Timor Leste. Through in-depth interviews with 15 MSME owners and a survey of 120 MSMEs across Dili, Baucau, and Maliana, this research highlights both the opportunities and challenges in digital marketing adoption. The study reveals the integration of various digital marketing elements, such as social media, content marketing, and e-commerce platforms, which are considered capable of expanding brand exposure, increasing consumer trust, and creating long-term relationships with customers. The primary data findings indicate that while 88% of MSMEs recognize the importance of digital marketing, only 35% actively implement comprehensive digital strategies due to challenges in digital literacy, infrastructure limitations, and resource constraints. Academically, this study contributes to enriching the digital marketing literature in the context of developing countries.
