A quantitative approach with a survey design was employed. From a registered population of 200 active culinary MSME units, a total of 67 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula through simple random sampling. Data collection relied on a structured Likert-scale questionnaire with a response range of 1 to 5. The analytical pipeline involved ordinal-to-interval data transformation via the Method of Successive Intervals (MSI), followed by classical assumption diagnostics and multiple linear regression estimation. Empirical findings confirm that entrepreneurial orientation exerts a positive and statistically significant partial effect on business performance; product innovation likewise demonstrates a positive and significant partial influence. Taken in combination, the two independentt variables explain a substantial portion of the variance in business performance, with product innovation recording a higher regression coefficient and thus emerging as the stronger predictor. This study examines the role of Human Resource Management Performance Audits as a strategic instrument for enhancing the effectiveness of Generation Z workforce management within the VUCA context. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach through systematic literature review and conceptual analysis, this study encompasses key HR dimensions including planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, performance evaluation, compensation, industrial relations, occupational safety, and organizational culture. The findings reveal that HR Performance Audits function beyond conventional administrative oversight, serving as a comprehensive strategy for strengthening employee engagement, work productivity, training effectiveness, digital competency development, and long-term organizational performance sustainability. Furthermore, HR audits enable organizations to systematically identify systemic weaknesses, optimize HR management efficiency, and reinforce organizational readiness to navigate continuous environmental changes. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design through interviews, observations, documentation, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The results showed that product curation was able to improve product quality, packaging, branding, and consumer trust in local honey products. Meanwhile, business incubation contributed to strengthening business management, financial recording, digital marketing, and the expansion of business networks. The implementation of these two strategies had an impact on increasing the number of customers, expanding market access, and increasing business turnover. This study aims to analyze the influence of flash sale and price perception on Skintific skincare purchase decisions on TikTok Shop among Generation Z in Tasikmalaya Regency. A quantitative associative approach was employed, with data collected from 100 respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25, encompassing validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results reveal that flash sale has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with the calculated t-value exceeding the t-table at a significance level below 0.05. Price perception also shows a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a greater influence than flash sale. Collectively, both variables explain a substantial proportion of the variation in purchase decisions. Tirta Permai Bahari Medan https://jurnal-lp2m.umnaw.ac.id/index.php/jimk/article/view/6681 <p><em>Indonesia is an archipelagic country with maritime economic activities, which include port management, ship docking, cargo transportation, and various shipping-related services. Therefore, many shipping companies operate in the field of ship agency services. Their operational activities, including ship arrivals and departures, raise concerns about service quality and customer satisfaction. The independent variable (X) is Service Quality, and the dependent variable (Y) is Customer Satisfaction. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of a simple regression analysis conclude that variable X can influence variable Y, as seen from the magnitude of the regression coefficient obtained. The results of the multiple correlation (R) test indicate that each increase in variable X will increase variable Y. The results of the multiple determination coefficient test indicate that the independent variable influences the dependent variable, while the remaining variables are influenced by other variables. The partial coefficient (r) test results show a regression coefficient of 61.6% and an R-square of 37.9%, which will determine the extent to which the independent variable dominates the dependent variable. The theories are then tested through measuring variables from numbers and analyzing data using statistical procedures using SPSS software. Using SmartPLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) on 100 active TikTok user respondents, it was found that content quality has a significant positive effect on perceived value (β = 0.742; p &lt; 0.001). Furthermore, perceived value was shown to have a strong influence on travel interest (β = 0.635; p &lt; 0.001), while content quality also had a significant direct effect on visit intention (β = 0.312; p &lt; 0.01). These results confirm that perceived value functions as a partial mediator that strengthens the relationship between the attractiveness of digital content and the behavioral intentions of young tourists. Managerially, these findings emphasize that destination marketing strategies must go beyond visual aspects; content must be able to communicate functional and emotional values ​​to build trust among Generation Z. This study examines the contribution of the manufacturing sector to the economic development of Deli Serdang Regency over the 2020–2024 period. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, drawing on time-series secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Deli Serdang Regency, regional planning documents, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) figures by industrial classification. Analysis was conducted through calculation of sectoral contribution ratios and trend interpretation across the observation period. Findings reveal that the manufacturing sector contributed approximately 15.17 percent of Deli Serdang Regency’s GRDP in 2024 (Rp22,971.29 billion out of Rp151,451.40 billion total), supported by 763 small and medium industry (SMI) units, and has maintained an upward trajectory despite a brief contraction in 2021, notwithstanding a temporary deceleration during the pandemic. Beyond its GRDP contribution, the sector plays a pivotal role in workforce absorption, particularly through small and medium-sized industries that harness local resource endowments. The objective of this study was to assess the extent to which non-formal education and skill development increase the welfare of female entrepreneurs in a rural district of Tasikmalaya Regency. Through a survey design and quantitative explanatory techniques, information was collected from 100 female micro-business owners selected through purposive sampling. The major data collection instrument was a structured questionnaire with a 1–5 Likert scale. Multiple linear regression was then utilized to examine the data with SPSS software. The outcomes showed that the performance of female entrepreneurs was positively and statistically significantly influenced by non-formal education and skills development. Taken together, these two variables account for 51.0% of the total variance in womenpreneur performance. This study aims to map the development trends of publications, identify the intellectual structure of research, and formulate research gaps and future research agendas related to green entrepreneurship over the last decade (2016–2026). Applying a descriptive quantitative method based on bibliometric analysis, metadata of 150 scientific journal articles were extracted from the Google Scholar database using Publish or Perish (PoP) software and visualized using VOSviewer. The results of the analysis indicate a significant increase in annual publications, peaking in 2023. The intellectual structure of the research is divided into three main clusters: (1) macro-policy dimensions and circular economy; (2) the role of vocational/vocational higher education in building green entrepreneurial intentions; and (3) micro-level green product innovation in the MSME sector. Overlay visualization analysis reveals a shift in research focus from basic concepts of environmental management toward the integration of cutting-edge digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the digitalization of green businesses. The research employed a qualitative case study approach involving three key informants: the business founder (Mr. Sukiyo) and two successor generations (Mr. Wawan and Mr. Purwanto). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014) through source and method triangulation.The findings indicate that the entrepreneurial competence of the successor generations is relatively strong in terms of opportunity identification and daily operational management, but remains weak in product innovation, digital marketing, and financial literacy. Business stagnation is influenced by limited innovation, the absence of structured financial records, and the increasing competition within the local culinary business sector. Nevertheless, the business maintains its competitiveness through the authenticity of its recipe and long-term customer loyalty across generations. However, many business owners still face limitations in utilizing social capital and developing business networks, resulting in less optimal business development. This study aims to examine the influence of Social Capital and Business Networks on the Development of Embroidery Businesses in Tasikmalaya City. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consisted of embroidery business owners in Tasikmalaya City, with a sample of 94 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), F-test, and t-test with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The results indicate that Social Capital has a positive and significant effect on Business Development, with a regression coefficient of 0.356 and a significance value of 0.002. Business Networks also have a positive and significant effect on Business Development, with a regression coefficient of 0.463 and a significance value of 0.000.
