The object of research was conducted at PT Sumber Sawit Makmur Unit Bandar Pulau, Bandar Pulau District, Asahan Regency. This research is included in the category of causal research using a quantitative approach. Sampling using the Slovin Formula which amounted to 53 field employees from a population of 113 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and documentation studies. This research analyzes using the help of Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.0 which is applied with computer media to test the strength of the relationship between turnover intention and its independent variables, namely work environment and workload and job satisfaction as moderating variables. The data used in this study were obtained directly from respondents totaling 54 permanent teachers of Perguruan Muhammadiyah Pematangsiantar which were processed with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results showed that organizational commitment, teacher loyalty, individually had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. While compensation with a negative direction has an insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment variables, compensation, individually have a significant effect on teacher loyalty. Teacher loyalty significantly mediates the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. Although this research sample consists of 74 plaintiffs, this type of research is quantitative and uses SEM-PLS statistical analysis. This study used the SmartPLS 4 software program for data processing. The data were analyzed using a quantitative approach with statistical analysis, namely the Partial Least Squares Structural Equality Model (PLS-SEM). The results of this study prove that workload has a positive and significant influence on plaintiff performance. Compensation has a small positive impact on claimant performance. Extrinsic motivation does not reduce the impact of workload on plaintiff performance. In this study, 100 respondents were chosen as samples, based on sample calculations performed using the Slovin technique. Data is gathered by observation and documentation, as well as by using a Likert scale in the questionnaire. Techniques for data analysis make use of tests for validity, reliability, and traditional assumptions. The data analysis process made use of multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution) software. Studies reveal that academic aptitude has a favorable and considerable impact on students' motivation. Self-efficacy has a strong and positive impact on students' motivation. These results illustrate that product innovation, product quality, and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. To see whether the hypothesis in the statement that product innovation partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions can be seen from the value of the t-count> t-table value 4.147> 1.66 at a significant 0.000 <0.05 in other words H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of research on product quality variables state that product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the value of t-count> t-table, 3.024> 1.66 at a significant 0.031 <0.05 in other words H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. This research analyzes the socio-economic conditions of female brick workers in Rejosari Village and their efforts to improve their family economy. Using qualitative methods, the study involved five female brick workers from Rejosari Village. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, with validity ensured via triangulation. The analysis included data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings reveal that these women are typically older, have low education levels, and originate from the local area. They have many dependents and have been working for years to support their families. To supplement their income, they take on side jobs. Their working hours vary, and their wages are low. The heavy workload often leads to health problems. Despite these challenges, they strive to meet family needs such as basic necessities, home improvements, health care, children's education, skill development, and alms. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the level of economic literacy of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Al-Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a sample size of 76 people. The research instrument used is a test question of 20 questions. The data analysis technique uses the average calculation of the total answer score.The results of the study, the economic literacy level of Accounting Study Program students is higher than Management Study Program students, namely with a score of 74.29 compared to 73.82. Research findings, the highest average score of economic literacy level of Accounting Study Program students is about Economic Motives and Principles and Economic Actors, while the economic literacy level of Management Study Program students is about Trade, Exchange of Goods and Services. The capital structure is a combination of debt and equity that is used to fund a company's activities. The mining sector is one of the industrial sectors that is able to attract investors, both domestic and foreign, to invest in Indonesia. Mining companies are capital-intensive industries, namely industries that are built with large capital and supported by high technology.</em> <em>However, to obtain funds from outside, the company must be careful about the loan so that an optimal capital structure is created. However, there is an inconsistency in the average capital structure and the factors that affect it every year, namely an increase or decrease in the average of several independent variables (profitability, company size, liquidity, and asset structure). Therefore, this research is important to determine the influence of profitability, company size, liquidity, and asset structure on the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study aims to see the influence of profitability, asset structure, liquidity, and company size on capital structure in the mining company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The population used in this study is 50 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period. The data collection method uses purposive sampling using secondary data. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the profitability and asset structure of the company have no effect on the capital structure.
