PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN REVIEW OVERVIEW PRESENTATION EXERCISE SUMMARY (ROPES)

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan model pembelajaran Review Overview Presentation exercise SummaryI (ROPES) di kelas VII Mts. Muallimin Univa Medan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kelas VII yang berjumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Dalam pengumpulan data, teknik yang digunakan adalah melalui tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil observasi menunjukkan aktivitas belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I rata-rata aktivitas siswa mencapai 29,7% dan siklus II aktivitas siswa meningkat menjadi 39,8 % terjadi peningkatan sebesar 10,1%. Hasil analisis data diperoleh tes siklus I nilai rata-rata 67,68 dan siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa menjadi 80,69 mengalami peningkatan sekitar 13,01 poin.
