Pendampingan Hukum E-Contract Serta Implikasinya Dalam Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Bidang Keolahragaan Di KONI Jawa Timur

Abstract

The use of digital technology that is increasingly developing has an impact on daily life including the procurement of goods/services in the field of sports, the use of this technology is not without problems, current regulations with empirical conditions often intersect to become a problem in itself, especially in the field of sports. This Community Service aims to provide legal understanding related to the use of e-contracts in the procurement of goods and services in the KONI East Java environment. This activity involves training and mentoring for the Chairperson, Treasurer and KONI staff throughout the Regency/City of East Java Province, so that in its implementation they can understand the legal principles governing e-contracts, as well as their implications for the procurement of goods and services for sports. It is hoped that with the implementation of e-contracts, the procurement process will be more transparent, efficient, and in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, this activity also focuses on mitigating legal risks that can arise from the use of e-contracts, so as to reduce the potential for disputes and ensure compliance with legal provisions. Successful implementation is expected to improve the governance of procurement of goods/services at KONI East Java in supporting the progress of the world of sports in the region.
