Agro Edu Wisata Dalam Mewujudkan Smart Village Yang Berkelanjutan

Abstract

Sindulang Village is located at an altitude of 1,110 meters above sea level and has great potential in agriculture and tourism, which has not yet been optimally developed by the local community. This program is not only focused on economic development but also aims to strengthen the capacity of the local community to manage their resources independently. The objective of this community service activity is to design and develop agro edu tourism in Sindulang Village, creating a sustainable smart village by involving the millennial generation within the community. The methods used include consultation, dissemination of science and technology, simulation, and advocacy, focusing on layout design and the improvement of agricultural and tourism infrastructure to support agro edu tourism. The outcomes of this activity include the layout design of the agro edu tourism area, construction of agricultural irrigation, the creation of various displays as information tools equipped with solar-powered lighting, the modification of agricultural transport equipment, and the creation of digital marketing strategies. The development of the village through the establishment of agro edu tourism aims to raise community awareness of the village's potential, accelerate village development, and create synergy between academics, the government, and the community in promoting local economic development. Overall, this initiative is expected to enhance the competitiveness of local tourist destinations, strengthen the local economy, and create new sustainable job opportunities.
