Abstract

From year to year, early childhood education has experienced very rapid development, at least when seen from the development of the number of PAUD institutions initiated by the community. The Alam Bougenville PAUD post is an example of a community-managed PAUD in Kemantren Village, Mojokerto Regency. The Alam Bougenville PAUD Post provides Toddler Family Development services for children from birth to 4 years of age through a learning model that emphasizes aspects of education, health, nutrition, care, nurturing, welfare and protection. As an effort to improve the quality of services and management of PAUD Posts, educators must develop school administration management using software. The aim of this research is to provide training and assistance in the use of Microsoft Office software in the administrative management of the POS Paud Alam Bougenville school so that it can improve the quality of education. The first stage carried out by the proposing team was to conduct outreach regarding a series of training activities. Then the method used is training by providing knowledge and skills using software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Google Drive. Furthermore, assistance is provided by the proposing team so that management activities can run effectively. The final stage is to carry out a diagnostic evaluation to determine the weaknesses of educators in school management and then find a solution. The evaluation results showed that educators understood the use of software in carrying out administrative governance.
